"2nd issue (May 2026) I noticed gurgling sounds when using the washer and flushing the toilet, so I called Alexander and Sons again. Joe quickly figured out that the issue was likely caused by my old PRV. A few days later, he came back to replace it, and the work took only about 30 minutes. Unfortunately, after he left, I noticed water leaking from the PRV, so I called Jenny right away. Joe came back quickly and fixed it, but a few hours later I noticed a small leak again. I called them once more, and Joe returned within about 20 minutes. This time, he adjusted the gasket under the PRV and tightened it more securely. What I really appreciated was how quickly they responded every time and how responsibly they handled the issue until it was fully resolved. This gave me even more trust in this company. I will definitely continue to call them for future plumbing issues. 1st issue (August 2025) I recently had a water issue at home and noticed stains on the ceiling and floor below. I called Alexander and Sons, and Joe came out to help. I had already found that the leak was coming from the upstairs shower drain. Joe brought a new drain just in case, but after taking a closer look, he realized it was simply a gasket issue. He replaced the gasket, which saved me a lot of money. Joe was not only honest and knowledgeable, but also hilarious—he made the whole experience much less stressful. He also gave me helpful tips on what to watch for in the future. I also want to mention Jennifer, Joe’s sister, who answered the phone when I first called. She was kind, professional, and very knowledgeable. You can really tell this is a family that takes pride in their work. I highly recommend Alexander and Sons for any plumbing needs. They’re friendly, fast, honest, and truly know what they’re doing. It was a pleasure working with them."

"I searched around trying to find places to install a hot water heater as mine was leaking. I had already made a purchase of one and some of the plumbers were quoting fairly high prices. Some would not install it unless it was their heater. I reach out to this company through a friend of mine. After some conversation a quote was provided over the phone which was unheard of with the other companies. The price was high just in case other work needed to be done which I understood. They showed up fairly early on the day of the install. The install was done fairly quickly. After they left approximately 10 minutes later my little one decided to give the cat a bath. I got called into the kitchen where I see a river of water flowing through the living room, bathroom, and both adjacent bedrooms got hit a little bit. The crawl space was flooded. I called them back and they were there within minutes. I realized they were still in the community but they still responded that fast. It was learned that a pipe had burst which they fixed and it was not related to the hot water heater being installed. They left again. Unfortunately the hot water heater was not actually heating up. They came out the next morning and replaced a heating element which appeared to be really old. Especially in a new hot water heater. They replaced the heating element with a better one, and a new one. Now everything is working fine. They did really good work on this and there were things that were not their fault. This is the first company I'll call if I have any other/further issues at my residence. I highly recommend them."

"Professional, high quality and friendly Service at a great price! We called short notice to get a leak fix under our bathroom sink. The office got us a quick appointment and kept us informed of when the guys would be coming and if they were being delayed. The office is very friendly, professional and helpful. The guys came and it was a much more difficult problem to fix. The told us upfront the cost to fix the problem which was very reasonable. They spent an1.5 hrs doing the repair by actually replacing the very old drain pipe and installing a new one that they tailored to fix the sink. They did a great job, were professional, friendly and work very hard to solve a problem that didn't have an easy or quick fix in a short period of time.
